Client: Rute Tech for Internet Services
Date: SEP 2025

Secured Tick successfully supported the client in the full establishment and operational setup of Rute Tech for Internet Services, ensuring compliance with all governmental and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.

Our scope of work covered end-to-end business formation and system readiness, including company registration, trade name reservation, and coordination with the Ministry of Commerce, National Address, and Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).

The project also included developing and configuring the electronic invoicing database, integrating it with ZATCA systems, and conducting staff training on financial reporting, tax declarations, and regulatory procedures.
